Hello, I am new to wirewrap.org. Just wanted to pop in and introduce myself. My name is Jenae and my friends call me Cat. I began wire wrapping in 2008. I chose the name Full-Steam-Ahead for my studio in February of 2011. I was inspired by a song by Mickey Hart that made me feel motivated and empowered. Wanting to share that feeling with others, I launched Full-Steam-Ahead in June. I teach wire wrapping classes and I make custom wire jewelry. I also enjoy ceramics, glass fusing, and stone cutting. Thanks for the opportunity to post and share, for the great wire artist keeping the inspirations fresh, and to the people who maintain this site!
